Whimsykel Return & Exchange Policy
At Whimsykel, we do our best to ensure you love what you receive. Due to the nature of our products, many of which are limited edition, all sales are considered final unless there is a defect or fulfillment error. That said, we understand things can happen, so we offer a limited return and exchange policy for eligible items.
Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition as received (unused, uncut, unwashed, and in original packaging)

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note:
❌ Digital art purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
❌ Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, you must email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you’ll return the item in its original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To ensure the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want after your exchange is approved. Your refund will be processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
