We Print Your Design

Our Print Partner has agreed to print your own designs on our decoupage paper, and we're so excited to offer this option!

✨ BEFORE YOU UPLOAD: IMAGE QUALITY

The quality of your finished print depends heavily on the quality and resolution of the image you provide. Images that look clear on a phone, computer screen or small print may not remain sharp when enlarged to A1 or A2 size.

For best results, upload the highest-quality original JPG file available, up to our 10 MB maximum file size.

Minimum recommended image dimensions:

• A1: 3508 × 4967 pixels

• A2: 2481 × 3508 pixels

• A3: 1754 × 2481 pixels

• A4: 1241 × 1754 pixels

These dimensions represent approximately 150 DPI at the final printed size. Higher-resolution images are preferred whenever possible, provided the uploaded file does not exceed 10 MB.

Important: File size in MB does not determine image quality. A file can be several MB and still have insufficient pixel dimensions for a large print.

Images below the recommended dimensions will need to be enlarged during printing and may result in softness, blurring or pixelation. Enlarging an image does not add the missing detail or resolution.

✨ How to Place Your Order

🔹 1. Choose Your Size
Select the sheet size you would like (A1, A2, etc.). The price will update automatically.

🔹 2. Confirm Image Rights
Check the acknowledgement box confirming that you own or have express permission to reproduce the image.

🔹 3. Upload Your File
Drag and drop your design or click Browse to upload your file. Maximum file size is 10 MB.

🔹 4. Crop & Adjust
Use the on-screen editor to position and crop your design to fit the aspect ratio of the selected paper size. (Example: A1 = 1:1.414.) Rotate your image when ordering a landscape orientation.

Please carefully review the crop shown in the uploader. Your image will be printed based on the positioning and crop you approve.

Because custom papers are printed using customer-supplied artwork, the customer is responsible for providing an image with sufficient resolution and quality for the selected print size.

We may review submitted files for obvious issues before sending them to our print partner; however, our review is not a guarantee of image resolution, sharpness, color accuracy or final print quality.

We cannot guarantee the quality of prints produced from images that are below our recommended dimensions, have been previously enlarged, are compressed, blurry, pixelated or otherwise have limited image information in the original file.

Custom-printed papers cannot be returned or refunded due to the quality or resolution of the customer-supplied image. If there is a printing defect or an error on our part, please contact us so we can make it right.

🎨 A Note About Color

Colors displayed on phones, tablets and computer monitors can differ from printed colors. Decoupage tissue is also thin and translucent, so colors may appear softer on the un-applied paper and can change depending on the color of the surface beneath it.

For the brightest and most accurate representation of your design, we recommend applying decoupage paper over a white or very light-colored surface.

Slight color variations between your screen, the printed paper and individual print batches are normal and are not considered printing defects.

Custom designs take approximately 7–10 business days to process before shipping.

We reserve the right to request proof of permission before printing and to cancel any custom order if appropriate reproduction rights cannot be verified.
